Something interesting came to me today. During our church's service today, out Pastor was talking about running away from God, and how you can go anywhere in the world, but he will still be there. But somewhere in there, he mentioned that Jonah had to walk 2,500 miles or something like that, but he never made it. Anyway, it made me think about walking nowadays. When I walk to church, and I'm a block away, I think 'Oh thank you, I'm almost there!' and that's less than a mile. Back then, people didn't have bikes or cars or anything like that and had to walk everywhere they went. How did they do it?!

Necessity causes us to do lots of things we wouldn't otherwise think of doing. We'd be walking just as much if we didn't have cars nowadays. Thankfully, we have cars!!
